Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for non-perishable products. If you'd like to initiate a return, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the product must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Be sure to include a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To begin a return, reach out to us at support@condor-labs.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us right away. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Orders

The following reasons and orders are not eligible for return:

-          Products delayed by shipping providers

-          Custom-made or personalized products, including special and bulk orders

-          Subscription orders after the auto renewal was processed

-          Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the best approach is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
