Compliance

Compliance & Certifications

At Condor Labs, your health, safety, and trust are our top priorities. That’s why we partner only with top-tier manufacturers who adhere to the most rigorous quality and regulatory standards in the supplement industry. Below you’ll find details about the certifications and practices that support the integrity of every product we offer.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

All of our manufacturing partners follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)—a set of regulatory guidelines that ensure supplements are consistently produced under strict quality control. GMP includes standards for:

-          Facility cleanliness

-          Equipment calibration

-          Employee training

-          Product testing

While third-party GMP certification is not required by law, many of our partners voluntarily obtain it through reputable organizations like NSF. If you’d like information about a specific manufacturer’s GMP certification, please contact us.

FDA Registration vs. FDA Approval

There’s a key difference between FDA registration and approval:

-          FDA registration: Required for all manufacturing facilities producing supplements. It ensures compliance with U.S. food and safety regulations.

-          FDA approval: Reserved only for drugs and medical devices after extensive review. Supplements are not eligible for FDA approval.

All Condor Labs manufacturing facilities are FDA-registered, but as is standard in our industry, our products are not FDA-approved.

NSF Certification

NSF International is a third-party organization that audits and certifies facilities against high public health and safety standards. This includes:

-          Ingredient verification

-          Routine audits

-          Process controls

Some of Condor Labs’ manufacturing partners are NSF-certified. If you’d like to verify certification for a specific product or batch, let us know.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

Every batch of Condor Labs supplements is backed by a Certificate of Analysis (COA)—a lab-issued document confirming:

-          Ingredient identity and potency

-          Purity and absence of contaminants

-          Quality and consistency

COAs are available upon request. Please note: due to our proprietary formulation and white-label protection, we do not publish supplier information publicly.

USDA Organic Certification

The USDA Organic seal is issued to brands that meet strict standards for ingredient sourcing, farming methods, and manufacturing practices.

While some of our partners use USDA-certified organic ingredients, Condor Labs must independently hold certification in order to label a product as organic. We take organic claims seriously and ensure full compliance with USDA regulations.

ISO Certifications

Several of our manufacturing partners hold ISO certifications, such as:

-          ISO 9001 (Quality Management)

-          ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management)

While not legally required, these certifications demonstrate a facility’s commitment to global standards for consistency, safety, and process control. We are happy to provide ISO documentation upon request.
